Pros
Great 401k and having week of between Christmas and New Year. Not many more pros to discuss. Stay away from this mismanaged company. Rating one star because zero or negative stars not available.
Cons
There are no cost of living increases....no merit increases... bonuses are terrible due to down turn in a market. HR department does not listen to the issues at hand. Review process is a joke. Does not promote any real desire to work hard.
