Pros
Lots of work to do, learn a lot, great 401K program, benefits are good.
Cons
No merit increases unless you receive a promotion, horrendous performance review process (forced ranking, not a true measurement of one's performance), bad leaders/managers who don't know how to manage people or adapt, loyalty and hard work is meaningless, don't grow/develop people, and the culture is secretive and closed communication.
