You can find some great colleagues to work with. It makes going to work everyday slightly easier. 401K plan is really amazing with 10% matching after the first year,
Cons
No salary growth or position growth. Performance review process is done in a very biased way. Firing is very common, so you need to be looking out for jobs all the time. Letting go of people has little to do with competence and more to do with who is the boss' favorite
