      Pros

      Very good benefits and a lot of leave and PH can be use as you like. Everyone in the company is nice, maybe a few difficult people at the news desk but in general everyone is friendly, kind and nice. Occasionally free treats from the company. Work life balance place.

      Cons

      Internal management keeps changing, sometimes need to work on weekend or have to stand by. No progression and that’s the reason most people left after a few years. The company has no intention to retain talent.

      CNN never promotes. It's not what it was. This management is all about profit and that hurts quality. No work life balance. Lots of racism.
