Pros
The Wellness program is awesome. We also have an onsite workout facility and an onsite clinic. The organization is trying to make a shift from conservative to more of a 21st century type of company- there are challenges with that, but this is a good thing. Lots of room for training and development. Really smart people.
Cons
The benefits could be a little stronger, but they are ok. Technology is a little behind the times.
