A lot of training to help make you feel ready for the job. On site gym and extra benefits to make the job even better. Great location. Friendly co-workers. Lots of options to move up and a company that wants to help you grow.
Cons
Even with all of the training the first few month after are still difficult to get adjusted to all of the systems and standard operating procedures. Luckily the first two months after training are not graded against you and are still counted as training.
