      I was able to have a job

      Cons

      Very selfish company. Looked only at money coming in. Bonus payouts to managers and up, nothing for hrly employees. Required overtime, which is not listed in your employee contract. Managers will bully until you either choose to just work, or take them to HR with complaint.

      Non Stop Learning each and everyday

      Cons

      Working in this company lacks any sense of relaxation. There is constant pressure, stress, and frequent layoffs. Additionally, employees are required to continuously prove themselves, and even after proving their worth, their work is undervalued due to discrimination and bullying, which are unfortunately ingrained in their work culture.
