Pros
Good corporate direction and leadership. Good benefits, matching 401k, and on-site clinic. I worked in a call center environment, so workload depended on the call volume, but nothing too overwhelming.
Cons
There have been many organizational changes over the past many years, but not all have been bad. The IT systems could use some updates, and reduce the number required to do your job. No major negatives.
