      Nice people, co-workers. Good work-life balance, excellent insurance benefits. Nice boss.

      Cons

      I quit when they change my immediate supervisor into some dummy who don't know anything about his craft and start unnecessary micro-managing people. I've senses that outsourcing will be coming soon and I quit on the perfect time.

      Non Stop Learning each and everyday

      Working in this company lacks any sense of relaxation. There is constant pressure, stress, and frequent layoffs. Additionally, employees are required to continuously prove themselves, and even after proving their worth, their work is undervalued due to discrimination and bullying, which are unfortunately ingrained in their work culture.
