Pros
The work atmosphere is awesome! The relationship people build within the office is unexplainable, your co-workers become family. Managers make it exciting for their Sales Reps and they keep us motivated to sell MORE. You can truly feel the passion they have in trying to help their reps acheive their goals. Fun Quarterly kick off meetings include cash prizes, vacation trips, car bonuses, gift cards, T.V.s, Louis Vuitton hand bags, watches, ect.... Work hard and you get recognition and the reward you deserve. This is not a work place for you if you want to hide behind a desk, everyone is very social and tries to help out other co-workers.
Cons
When the division is doing poorly on the expectation of sales, everyone feels the pressure. Even the top sales reps who continue to exceed their monthly quata feels the pressure within the office. This is very common to almost ALL Sales Companies. So, that is the only con that can come to my mind.
