Poor working atmosphere No leaves can be taken. If we took medical leave and compensated for those leaves , the salary will be deducted. Need to work for 200hrs even if the company provides leaves for public holidays. Otherwise salary will be deducted. There is no paid leaves. There is no extra pay even if we have more than 200 hrs for a month. Have 3 month's notice period after the completion of probation. You will not get permanent appointment letter after the completion of probation.
