Pros
Prior to 2022 J would have recommended CSG to all my friends. There are still some great people there but the company culture is gone.
Cons
Company culture changed with current leadership. Of course, it is just business but people became far less important. The goal was to make CSG more profitable and sell it. They have succeeded as NEC bought CSG and will be merged with Netcracker. We had 6 layoffs in 2 years to get ready. Unfortunately more are coming. The work environment will not be stable for some time.
