Pros
Some of the great reasons to work at CSL are: the meaning behind the work - the plasma collected goes for the great purpose of creating life saving medication; it is a great place to gain medical type experience without having to have previous experience; and movement within the company is pretty easy as long as you work hard and show improvement
Cons
Some of the downsides of working at CSL include: low wages - starting pay is barely above minimum wage; the donors and clientele are often not of high caliber and are often rude to employees; and depending on who your management is your schedule is very variable making it hard to make plans outside of work.
