      It’s okay. they hire everyone as a part time even with experience and you start really low

      Cons

      Everyone is super friendly, one 15 minutes break, and 30 minutes lunch break if your working full time or full 8 hours shift. You can be cross trained but no timeframe.

      higher pay than other LVN job

      Cons

      not a lot of healthcare related, you do some physical assessment, and intervene when donor get sick on the donation floor
