Pros
The salary are deposited on a set date around 7-12 of every month.
Cons
To start with, we were heavily understaffed, each teacher had a Weekly working load of 36–37 hours. Given a 5-day 40-hour week with that sort of working hours, you would get a lunch break only on 2–3 days. After repeated requests & discussions with seniors, we were given false hopes that more staff is being hired.
Then suddenly our senior came randomly one day & asked us to meet him outside the campus. There, he proceeded to explain that the company is shutting operations at that particular university and tomorrow is your last working day. We later found out that they had a clear idea about this situation & knew that the operations will most certainly be closing in some time, but we were never informed & were all of a sudden pushed out of the jobs. We were assured that we'll be getting paid for that last month of our services. But to our surprise, they didn't tell us that this last month's salary will be given as the Final Settlement, which will take an additional 45–60 days.
On top of all this, the management had the attitude & behavior as if we were the reason behind all this happened. They continuously lied about hiring more employees, they shared details about the situation with old & higher ranked employees but refrained that from us, they forced us to leave the job all of a sudden, lied that the salaries won't be harmed & will be released on time and then refused to release the salaries for 45–60 Days.
