4yThank you for your review, I’m sorry to hear that your experience wasn’t a positive one. Firstly, I’d like to address the comment about workload on the service desk being unbalanced. This is exactly the problem we are trying to solve by introducing measurable KPIs, our aim here is to understand performance and capacity across our teams so we can ‘share the load’ more evenly. As we integrate three companies, we are introducing new systems and investing in business intelligence enable us to understand what is happening on the ground. Of course, this is no substitute for live feedback from our team members, so I will be delving into the data and feedback myself to investigate your comments as a matter of urgency. I am concerned about the HR issues you mention. Without further information I cannot investigate so I urge you to get in touch directly so I can better understand your comments.
