Innovative concept. Great customer reviews. Franchise spotlights excellent quality of NP and PA care. Pretty good 401K match. Always changing, evolving, expanding.
Cons
No company stock options in 401K. Emphasis is on customer service more than employee satisfaction. Not enough balance between the two. Long hours in some markets and at times expected to see patients beyond closing. Waiting times and patient frustration increases with service expansion. Rapid changes (operational and clinical). High employee turnover.
