      Pros

      Best for beginners. Best incase you want to learn more than one technology, there is always an option to take up different technologies and experiment on them. Friendly staff.

      Cons

      Employee relationships gets nasty sometimes. Management actually thinks they are supporting employees but the actual brains doesn't get the right amount of benefits. Less leave days in the calendar.

      Pros

      Cabot was a great company to work for. All employees were treated nicely and with respect. Work culture was very good. It was ensured that fun environment was always maintained which motivates to give our best. We had tech talks ,workshops and family get togethers conducted which helped in staying up to date with technology. Cabot was more like a family.

      Cons

      Wished to have Onsite opportunities which I believe the current employees are being offered. There was only one branch during my tenure.
