Unfortunately, Cadence focuses on building the website with no regard for usability. They don't do research to identify user's problems and design the solutions that resolve the issues. There is no validation for design ideas or assumptions and no measuring the ROI for UX. Under current conditions, Cadence is at high risk of NOT meeting the user's expectations.
