Pros
I would recommend Calix as a place to work due to the notice and care that they have for their employees. Embedded within the company calendar are recharge/productivity days every quarter to allow the employees to re-focus on personal/professional growth. To be honest, I've never been a part of a company that had that baked within the culture, so it is a breath of fresh air. Even for a company with large amount of WFH employees, the created culture still accounts for that time being needed, if not more so in a WFH environment.
Cons
I can't think of many, but the timelines and calendar at Calix are very unique from most other companies I've worked for. With this into account, it will take a new employee more time than on average to become acclimated.
