4yThank you for sharing your thoughts with us. Our Dallas office is one of the largest offices at CRTKL. By having smaller studios within the office, we look to create a sense of belonging, increase participation and collaboration, and make everyone feel part of a closer team of professionals. Each studio is somewhat different, which makes it exciting and gives us an opportunity to experience diverse projects, different challenges, and unique opportunities to learn and develop as professionals and individuals. We welcome this diversity as it helps us create out-of-the-box solutions to complex problems.
