      - working microwave - benefits start day one - clean office (custodians did a good job!!!) - has parking garage nearby

      Cons

      - sweatshop like conditions (locked phone, isolated offices, no work culture) - snake oil recruiters - no work-from-home flexibility - very disorganized management (little to no communication from senior leadership) - do not value employees - lots of glitches/bugs in system - very unfulfilling work - poor training

      Pros

      It's a great company, and a great environment. Very inclusive and focused on diversity

      Cons

      They are actively moving to AI, and have been facing lower sales due to budget cuts across education. Both of these have contributed to them doing 3 layoffs in the 20 months I worked there.
