If you wish you are able to take ownership over large projects. -Lots of time spent with senior members of the team to talk you through business /industry specifics -Collaborative culture -Huge amount of learning -despite the fast-paced work environment, and the 'get stuff done' attitude, there is still a really good work-life balance. Eg. Most people are out of the office by 4.30 and if you have to work over the weekend for an event/show, you can have two days off the following week. -get to be part of an awesome team and rapidly growing startup

No real cons other the standard issues of a fast-growing company. This can be stressful and may not be ideal for someone who finds multitasking difficult. However, If you are looking to learn a huge amount in a short space of time then this is the company for you.
