Pros

Lax enviroment (This is a detriment as well) you can leave for appointments usually without being pay docked Flexible working arrangments for WFM options policy in regards to in office days not regularly enforced

Cons

Lax enviroment to the point lazy/ineffective staff are protected by management as being working at their own pace instead of performance managed, High volume workers are expected to pick up the slack and face repercussions if they don't. Deceptive hiring practices, You will be promised many things that are not delivered, This is done to keep you working hard until it comes time to deliver Managment protects each other despite certain members making gross misconduct actions especially operations. Mind games by management and team leaders is especially rampant, They will pretend to be on your side and giving you (bad) advice while actively hurting your career behind closed doors. Management will regularly be late sometimes hours at a time while publically shaming staff who are five minutes late. Claim to be a start up (and pay entry level like one) but are a multi million dollar business purchasing other businesses foreign and domestic to secure their market share. Management is paid well to keep staff in line while staff are barely paid award and paid monthly. You will be expected to perform roles of other departments outside of your job description and will be reprimanded at the slightest hint at being disgruntled when it stops you from hitting you KPI. Hiring budget seemingly is done at whim and inefficient, Customer service is severely understaffed while owner management related team have massive budget for significantly less intensive and lower volume of work, Much of these responsibility of owner related management ends up being passed onto the CS regardless despite being paid less and having less access to owner related systrem and payments.

Pros

They paid me after I left.

Cons

Completely mislead me on duties and roles, instead of trying to negotiate and work with me used gaslighting/sales tactics to try and guilt me into staying when they wanted me to do something against my moral compass.

Pros

-Lots of responsibility from an early stage. If you wish you are able to take ownership over large projects. -Lots of time spent with senior members of the team to talk you through business /industry specifics -Collaborative culture -Huge amount of learning -despite the fast-paced work environment, and the 'get stuff done' attitude, there is still a really good work-life balance. Eg. Most people are out of the office by 4.30 and if you have to work over the weekend for an event/show, you can have two days off the following week. -get to be part of an awesome team and rapidly growing startup

Cons

No real cons other the standard issues of a fast-growing company. This can be stressful and may not be ideal for someone who finds multitasking difficult. However, If you are looking to learn a huge amount in a short space of time then this is the company for you.
