Lax enviroment to the point lazy/ineffective staff are protected by management as being working at their own pace instead of performance managed, High volume workers are expected to pick up the slack and face repercussions if they don't. Deceptive hiring practices, You will be promised many things that are not delivered, This is done to keep you working hard until it comes time to deliver Managment protects each other despite certain members making gross misconduct actions especially operations. Mind games by management and team leaders is especially rampant, They will pretend to be on your side and giving you (bad) advice while actively hurting your career behind closed doors. Management will regularly be late sometimes hours at a time while publically shaming staff who are five minutes late. Claim to be a start up (and pay entry level like one) but are a multi million dollar business purchasing other businesses foreign and domestic to secure their market share. Management is paid well to keep staff in line while staff are barely paid award and paid monthly. You will be expected to perform roles of other departments outside of your job description and will be reprimanded at the slightest hint at being disgruntled when it stops you from hitting you KPI. Hiring budget seemingly is done at whim and inefficient, Customer service is severely understaffed while owner management related team have massive budget for significantly less intensive and lower volume of work, Much of these responsibility of owner related management ends up being passed onto the CS regardless despite being paid less and having less access to owner related systrem and payments.
