Pros
The staff becomes your second family. Busy Working environment, things are always changing around. Love the regular customers that come in and specifically request me to give them a hand :)
Cons
customer relations: meaning price errors, returns, having to tell them they can't. Pay isn't fantastic but enough to get by. A lot of responsibility can become stressful.
