I worked there six years, so I enjoyed a measure of the privileges that come with seniority

City Bank taking over was the final nail in the coffin. Costco was gone, and so were the leads. Management actually came to us one time asking us for suggestions on lead sources. We were shocked to learn that management literally had no direction for this company. Even Monte, who had bee the leader since day one, left. There is no way that City was actually trying to turn CapWest into something. They must have taken it over for the assets or the technology or something, the way a junkyard strips apart what's left of a car. Sad to see a once thriving company die a slow death.
