As you mention, our Associate Talent Program for new graduates or those changing career, provides new consultants with a thorough grounding in consulting at Capco. We want to ensure that our graduates have the skills to take on roles which challenge them and enable them to take on responsibility from early in their career, along with the ongoing support they need from their Manager, Coach and HR team.
Capco prides itself on it's culture of meritocracy and 'no time in grade' policy. If an employee demonstrates consistent performance at the next level then they can be considered for promotion. If you would like to discuss progression opportunities further, please reach out to the HR team.
