We are disappointed to hear your comments on the management changes and want to reassure you that as a firm, we remain committed to fostering an inclusive environment where employees can openly share their ideas and feedback and get involved in taking the firm forwards. An example of this is our new performance management process which has been designed based on employee feedback. As we pilot this new process we are continuing to collect employee feedback to ensure that it meets the needs of our people as well as the business.
