Decent paymaster, growth is not stagnant provided you have a clear vision on career aspirations, access to leadership is very easy, employee group insurance policy coverage is extremely convincing, friendly HR staff and they invest a lot of time and efforts in bringing the employees together and very much approachable. Capco is in a massive growth trajectory and it is the right time for employees to be part of this journey. management retention strategy is working really well and Capco is massively hiring for various skill sets across banking capabilities.
Cons
I really cant think of any Cons since majority of those are fixable issues if we start to have healthy conversations and when you feel good about being part of the organization, you wouldnt use this forum to highlight those.. Typically all organizations will have areas of improvements, better ways of working, but it is important for an employee to raise those through correct channels and find solutions..
