Focus on people, fairness, doing business in an ethical way. Generally good quality consulting resources, who are motivated, flexible, fungible and deliver great value to their clients. Management team listen to staff concerns and make tangible attempts to address them.
Cons
Growing pains have reduced the family feel, and coaching families that have been put together seemingly arbitrarily, have not addressed the issue as there is little in the way of common bond in these groupings. Most importantly, the highly charismatic leadership of former CEO Rob Heyvaert and ex-UK CEO / leader of Bold Rocket Andrew Tarver, have both gone and left something of a vacuum of charisma. No doubt remaining leadership is solid and are good guys, but charisma is something special that motivates people in a whole different way. The new global leadership lacks this critical point to inspire its employees.
