      Pros

      Sometimes you get to work on cool games.

      Cons

      Low pay, long hours, unpaid overtime, high-stress environment, tons of egos, incompetent management, typical Japanese mentality. Foreign staff is also guilty of all of this.

      Very difficult to reach financial goals and forecast Lean teams so need to be able to do your work on your own Japan team has final say so not much room for decision making
