Pros
Benefits Package, Peer relationships, lack of micromanagement. The benefits package features two bonuses through the year, and a retirement plan contribution of 15% of your annual pay. Health insurance is fairly cheap. Work/life balance is faily respected. Over 3 weeks of vacation time the first year, increasing to 4 after two years. Purchase mutual funds at NAV price - no fees. Low key atmosphere, no one really makes alot of waves. Work from home opportunities in some offices (not sure why not all). Job stability (except they are now laying off people).
Cons
Management doesn't make decisions, rigorous interview process. Some younger, less experienced managers have ego problems - going to take over the world-type attitudes. Also tends to be alot of "red" talk from some managers.
