Pros
Nice work environment, beautiful offices with lots of amenities, unparalleled benefits package. People in general are knowledgeable and respectful of one another. This is a great place to be if you want to "settle in" to a job for many years.
Cons
One of the most unique things about Capital which no longer exists was the stability. With the recent layoffs there will be inevitable changes to the company culture which senior managers have claimed to work so hard to preserve. I think that many components of what made Capital a great place to work are no longer here.
