Pros
Mature organization. Well developed employee training and development plan. Good pay and benefits. Good people (non-Sr Management level) to work with. Private, company with a strong balance sheet. If you are at the end of your career, this is the place to finish your last 10 years.
Cons
Hire from the outside rather than promote from within. Culture has changed with new management that was hired in during the last 3 years. It used to be the Sr, Directors would know your name and take time to talk to you. They all moved into one floor and only give townhall updates. No room for advancement.
