Pros
The retirement plan is great. Bonuses as an exempt associate are decent.
Cons
Promotions feel as if they're time based and not merit based. Time to make this company more well known. The secretive shroud and adviser only marketing is only going to hurt us in this day and age. More and more people are doing their own research, and it's time to give investors a little more credit.
