Pros

Nice campus and café on site

Cons

This is a horrible place. I was allured by their so called great culture and benefits. But after you start to see things the way they are. They do not value your opinions, your better off keeping quiet and doing what they tell you to do. They continuously find ways to not give you a good rating by picking you apart for being who you are. They say your not thinking the "Capital Way," and you need to do this and need to do that. Everyone is terrified to say anything that might offend management. There are two Chief HR Officers and they are both white women. I'm all for diverse and inclusive environment, but the majority of employees look and act as if they are from Newport Beach. The whole department in HR are women as well. Most of the men were let go which even makes it worst. How can they preach about diversity when it feels like I'm being managed by the Mean Girls? I'm just going to say, it's not worth it. They will try to entice you with their benefits and etc. but is it truly worth it? Like your being watched all the time and you can't be yourself? Where you can't contribute your brilliant ideas and recommendations to help the company flourish? Please stay away.

Pros

The bonuses and CSRP of 15% as well as many benefits are unmatched. I enjoy many of my colleagues and have made life long friends.

Cons

It was a great place to work and many will continue to feel that way until they are affected like those of us in the Norfolk Virginia office. There is no loyalty from the company and people are replaced either by a “vision“ of technology that doesn’t yet even exist within the organization or by cheap labor “offshore“. I thought I would retire from here and now I find myself out of a job after over 20 years before the end of 2027.
