Like many other reviews have stated… avoid. Imagine working for a Real Housewife of…. on a bad day or a Weinstein? That basically sums up the power trip going on here at the leadership level. Any feedback is met with a canned response - “thank you for sharing… and please contact…” or “I’m sorry for your experience.” I have worked for great people and companies, but can honestly say this is the absolute worst. Extremely political and leaders gaslight anyone who disagree. Whatever they tell you about the Capital System of accepting different perspectives does not exist. Basically laugh at every joke, smile for the camera, and say these words “It’s Amazing!” and you’ll succeed. Of course, unless you’re related to the family who started it. Oh yea nepotism and the ol’ boys club to top if off.
