Incredible company culture — everyone is collaborative, approachable, and genuinely enjoys being here. Exposure to multiple areas of commercial real estate (acquisitions, leasing, property management, project management, accounting). Strong mentorship from senior leadership and willingness to teach. A place where interns are trusted with real projects that make an impact. Great balance of professionalism and a fun, welcoming environment.

None that outweigh the positives. The only challenge is that once you experience Capstone’s culture, it sets the bar very high for future workplaces.

This position is a great foot in the door to working in a corporate space. I really appreciated the support I received from the leadership team. If I ever had a question for someone they did a great job at taking time out of their day to help me. The benefits are great and the perks of the job include catering twice a week and a masseuse every other week!

I didn't want to be tied to this particular role forever and wanted growth, I just wasn't presented with future opportunities. I was given a lot of responsibility and cross-trained for other roles, but wasn't asked directly for my input on the projects I was working on, so I felt like I was being kept at a distance, I just wanted to grow more in my title and compensation. I know other people in this particular role have been promoted within the company so it was disheartening that I wasn't given the same opportunity. I'm still incredibly grateful for the opportunity to work here and with this team, they're pretty amazing.
