Pros

None come to mind in all honesty, my entire experience was anxiety ridden and terrible. I didn’t know a single soul who enjoyed working for the company that was not related to them by blood.

Cons

They force you to constantly be active despite there being NO CALLS. They force you to dial out to people who request that you stop calling them (this is something people regularly threatened to take us to the BBB with, it was a common occurrence they would make us redial out to people who said to stop calling). Initial reach out is spamming most possible customers which resulted in us getting verbally abused by the customer base for how annoying the outreach was. It took me years to recover from the abuse and trauma that came with working here.

The management actually listened to its employees. How crazy is that?

Cons

One con is having to work weekends and holidays but it's the nature of the business and not the company itself.

Pros

Flexible schedule, out and about all day which makes the day go by a bit faster, company events.

Cons

Management definitely needs work, a lot of favoritism goes around, and sometimes even threats of “write-ups” in an unprofessional way. No Holiday Pay (expect to work on holidays at regular paid time), Expect no commission for vehicles that you do purchase.
