      Pros

      Management is very nice. Easy going. Flexible hours. Always have company lunch ins. And they provide great snacks daily. Also we just got these adjustable desk that we can stand or sit at.

      Short staffed. Work is ver fast paced.

      Not much, work hard and be a team player. If you don't function as a team you're gone.
