Company shutdown/free PTO week between Christmas and New Year’s is a nice perk. Remote flexibility and competitive pay for the scope of the role. The day-to-day work is generally manageable.

Culture is draining and often feels non-collaborative. There is frequent micromanagement, inconsistent leadership, and a pattern of deflecting concerns rather than addressing them directly. Decision-making can lack transparency, and internal mobility and growth opportunities are limited. Advancement does not always feel aligned with performance or qualifications.
