Pros

Pays well and good benefits.

Cons

NO work life balance. No company culture. Trying to take time off with "Unlimited Vacation" is a joke.

Pros

Amazing employees and office environment. Always approachable leadership and management. Managers also don't micro-manage (I guess this could be considered a 'Con' if you are someone that enjoys being micro-managed). Excellent benefits (free medical insurance, performance bonuses, 401K, etc.) and company perks. We are also a casual work environment and employees are able to bring there dog to work. I consider the people I work with at Carling to be just as much of a colleague as a friend. We participate in company sponsored team sports (beach volleyball, softball, bowling, etc.) and company outings such as happy hour, Padres baseball games, fitness classes, and much more. If you have the drive to work hard and be recognized for your achievements, Carling is a great place to work.

Cons

The only 'Con' is that if you do not have a 'work-hard/play-hard' mentality and want a standard 9-5 job, this may not be the place for you. The agency is very face-paced and leadership expects the best from their employees (and the company leaders also ensure their employees are recognized and rewarded for their successes).
