Cons
Shame on Carrier's name. Mid and upper management are old fashioned and have poor leadership skills. Does not know how to develop or use talent. Low morale. Not proactive. Configuration management systems are obsolete or non existing. Failure to address customer's concern in timely manner. Poor communication between engineering and manufacturing. Not replacing retired employees so others have to do more with less. Top level management only care about profit. Questionable engineering practice.
