      Pros

      Great people at branch level.

      Cons

      Toxic leadership culture, constant fear of layoffs at all levels. Sr. management is pure chaos and disorder, no vision or message. Company feels like it is treading water and constantly struggling to stay relevant and not to die as an OEM provider.

      Pros

      The people, the salary, Christmas vacation

      Cons

      Benefits are terrible, toxic leadership is prolific, chances for advancement are limited, micromanagement is normal, evolution and change are nonexistent, commitment to diversity and inclusion are superficial at best, the CEO draw a compensation of tens of millions of dollars per year while laying people off, the CHRO is one of the most toxic people leaders I have ever come across.
