      Flexbile working hours, conditional employee scholorship program.

      Cons

      UTC F&S is mix of over hundred companies, so no growth for outsiders.Director and local leadership team is unsold people, stupid people.They are just corporate's policy keepers.

      Pros

      The people, the salary, Christmas vacation

      Cons

      Benefits are terrible, toxic leadership is prolific, chances for advancement are limited, micromanagement is normal, evolution and change are nonexistent, commitment to diversity and inclusion are superficial at best, the CEO draw a compensation of tens of millions of dollars per year while laying people off, the CHRO is one of the most toxic people leaders I have ever come across.
