      Pros

      Tuition reimbursement, decent benefits, tele-commute options.

      Cons

      Leadership has created an environment that is causing "A" players to either leave or look for other opportunities. Company does not value sales professionals, they look at us like a necessary evil. These guys are driving from the back seat.

      Pros

      The people, the salary, Christmas vacation

      Cons

      Benefits are terrible, toxic leadership is prolific, chances for advancement are limited, micromanagement is normal, evolution and change are nonexistent, commitment to diversity and inclusion are superficial at best, the CEO draw a compensation of tens of millions of dollars per year while laying people off, the CHRO is one of the most toxic people leaders I have ever come across.
