      Open door policy with leaders Accountability across all levels of management CEO engagement with employees Salaries are extremely competitive

      Not any so far, the company has been during a lot of expansion and even so they continue to care for all employees

      Pros

      The people, the salary, Christmas vacation

      Cons

      Benefits are terrible, toxic leadership is prolific, chances for advancement are limited, micromanagement is normal, evolution and change are nonexistent, commitment to diversity and inclusion are superficial at best, the CEO draw a compensation of tens of millions of dollars per year while laying people off, the CHRO is one of the most toxic people leaders I have ever come across.
