Org structures are a company secret - we are told publishing org structures prevents silos - the opposite is what’s happening on the ground Pay conditions are well below market for most employees except a select few Group headquarters take zero time to communicate strategy, engage with internal stakeholders to improve processes and remove roadblocks getting in the way of productive work. You’ll have a job at Casa, not a career Staff are demoralised - it’s depressing talking to some colleagues - wish staff were happier
