      Good people that wants to make a difference across the teams

      Cons

      Lack of senior leadership to set right priorities, trying do everything same time. Lot of cart before the horse planning impeding basic supply chain issues.

      The WTC office is nice

      Cons

      Most recently Casper moved to a 401k plan that is highly restrictive. It doesn’t allow selecting individual funds to build portfolio, and the funds selected have extremely high cost ratio. Looks like an extreme and desperate measure to save on admin overhead. Also, every year Casper discounts gets deeper and more frequently. The ads are boring and monotonous. Look at Casper a few years back and what it looks like now.
